Honestly it might be worth checking out the behind the scenes for this song. Especially since Tiger JK throws a change to the group. If that makes sense. Especially Han getting to work with his childhood hero.

2023-08-12 23:56:40 +0000 UTCFunny story, they were actually being accused (not legitimately just by the kpop community) of money laundering at one point and their company paying their way into all their success because they’re “untalented” and make “bad music” so them throwing around money, burning it, and literally being in a laundromat is a 😼🤪nod to that. JYPE isn’t great but they have sued the big music charts in Korea for allowing paid chart manipulation and are REALLY against it so🫡😫. And for context—outside of stays, their music is very vocally hated among the kpop community. On an insane level, even for stans, even before they were one of the biggest kpop groups. It’s kinda like when something goes viral because some people decide they don’t like it and then other people bandwagon really hard.. that but it never settles down😭 And that’s obviously something they’ve had to wrestle with since they’re the ones making the songs and have a lot of careers on the line. Always respected them for instead committing harder to their sound and continuing to experiment more rather than folding. Total idgaf energy at this point, gotta love it.

And they did 😄 Also fun fact, Jisung is a huge fan of Tiger JK and in the behind the scenes for the music video he says he was too nervous to talk to him, and you see him freak out and fanboy when Tiger JK wraps his arm around him while shooting. He’s cute
