In that last clip, I think it was an intentional joke from Sebastian. There’s a slightly longer version of it on YouTube as well in other videos and Sebastian makes clear that he did hear the question and begins to answer it. The journalist is an Austrian or German journalist - now retired I believe - that has these long essay like questions that are so unintentionally hilarious that there are compilations solely devoted to it! His name is Walter Koster in case you want to check it out :)

Thank you for these two upload! Very fun to see these again, i remember watching these when I started to fall in to the F1 rabbit hole :DD And yeah it would actually be a really good idea to analyse some of the team principals like Toto Wolf for example, i hadn’t thought of that I started paying more attention to them after having seen a little bit of the netflix show, cause i feel like they are more apparent there, these days some of them feel just as big in terms of personalities in the sport than the drivers :Dd A very good suggestion for Toto would be this interview: https://youtu.be/WqPYj7DAGGU its a long one but we learn a lot about him as a person and as the team principal of Mercedes, his relationship with Lewis and other members of the team you can definetly see why Mercedes have won the constructors championship 8 times in a row :Dd
