Sorry to disappoint you, but it's not a Zelda. Just random elven female...but you always can think of her as Zelda:) And yes, it's markers of different colors, all of them. Caps also have different colors, but the photo does not convey such gentle shades.

Then I figured, it must be just the cap that's the same color while the pen themselves have different colors/sizes? Also I'm betting those lamps provide some nice heat for the kitties there.
