For something current . . The Ancient Magus' Bride (season 2 is out now) and last season Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill was a fun romp . There have been a lot of Isekai the last 2 seasons

Yeah. I wished they hadn't called us Manga, but they wouldn't publish us without it. :( Aw well.

My Cage

Or as I call it, "My Cage" that made it. :D

Nausicaä ( anime and manga ) but I'm old school back to the fansub days before anime releases were available or it was even called anime

cMs

It's a tossup between Spirited Away and Akira.

Your Lie in April was a fantastic series. Didn't think I could care so much about piano music.

I've have to say Nausicaä for manga, and Princess Mononoke for film. For series, it's harder to pick. My "rewatched more than once" list includes: Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion (though not the reboots), Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Kill la Kill, Soul Eater, and a few others. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is also up there, it's just very, very long torewatch...

I was ahead of the curve, digging Astroboy while in high school. Nowadays I'm partial to Miyazaki (Castle in the Sky in particular). My favorite manga comic strip is (drumroll, please)...My Cage! (at least according to your syndicate.) (I have a Contact page on my furrynation.com website. At the top it reads "Fan mail from some furry?* Email from emu?") * - hat tip to Rocky & Bullwinkle :-)

I'll say "Aggretsuko."

Stephen Gilberg

“Lone Wolf and Cub”/“Kozure Okami”

Tenchi Muyo was and is one of my all time favorites. I also really liked Yakitate Japan.

Riley Williams II

I don't think I've watched any since "Speed Racer" in the 70s. I like Norm's attitude about ghosts.
