JUNE NEWSLETTER FROM KRISTIAN
Added 2024-07-01 13:54:01 +0000 UTCHello everyone!
So you’re getting two newsletters one that was supposed to come out on June 30 and one that will come out this month. Obviously one of the main reasons that you’re getting it delayed is because of the big move. As most of you are aware, after 20 some odd years in Los Angeles, I packed up with the family and headed back to New York. The decision was based on a lot of different things primarily being around family, change of environment and other things.
So far the move has been the absolutely right choice. I love the new studio here. Once Brett is completely finished with the remodeling, I plan to do a video showing you guys the whole entire thing. All of the equipment is here, all of the cool studio stuff is here. They were just things waiting to be put into place. my wife did a wonderful job with the background on the things that you see behind me. We’re actually working on some more things today to get on the walls.
The support and encouragement has been absolutely wonderful and appreciated. Roxy and myself have been doing the Thursday shows while Brett has been away and we’ve had so much fun doing them. It seems that those particular shows on Thursday with less pop culture and movie news is something that you guys welcome also. The views have been pretty decent for those shows and I’m pretty happy with them. I like doing them also because it is a change of pace for the weekly grind of what we do here.
We are starting a new Patreon for Down to Earth! As a lot of you might know or may not know, I moved UAP Tuesday off of the main channel and it is now on the down channel. Tuesdays have become episodes with either myself, special guest or an interview. Last week we had Jamie Campbell Bower on the show. If you don’t know Jamie... you should and you will. Jamie is one of the main characters in Stranger Things season four! He has been in Twilight, Harry Potter, and he is also in Kevin Costner‘s new western, Horizon. It was a great conversation. I’m very proud of it.
We have a lot of great interviews coming up and the team that we have booking talent has been doing any extraordinary job.
Take advantage of the Q&A and other things that we do here. I know that a lot of you do the one on ones, but would love to have more feedback and what you guys would like to see more of. But this has been a big experience for me, overwhelming at times but exhilarating for the most part. Thank you guys for being part of it and I will see you for another newsletter this month.
