I'd say Biden lost the debate if most voters are hearing the debate instead of listening to it. If you're listening, you realize Biden is answering the questions while Trump is just lying and complaining. If you just hear the debate, you get the impression of a "strong" performance from Trump and a mumbling, stuttering Biden.

Saying that he won makes no sense cuz he didn’t even play properly. They should have debate team leaders do the actual presidential debate. Not some random news people.

Moderate Democrats who want the Status Quo (what's good for the corporations) have allowed the right wing to pull the country to the far right. Just think about what happened in 2006 when the Republican congress forced the USPS to fund the retirement account of any and all employees for the next 70 years (not sure of the number). The Democrats have never changed this and they could have. So if the Republicans are going to break the country to get Theocratic Fascism into this country, we can't play this game with kid's gloves on. To take a line I saw somewhere, we need to start fighting like we're the third ape at Noah's Arc and the rains have just started.

The GOP will always do the bad thing so not doing it because they might is dumb reasoning. Look at how McConnell got Amy Coney Barret pushed thru by violating his own made-up rule that allowed him to block Merrick Garland. Playing by the unwritten rules of decorum just keeps the Left losing. So use what are now THE WRITEN RULES to fix it. Pack the court, get the SC to undo the lastnfour years of bogus rulings (and point out that precedent and originalism don't matter in THEIR latest rulings so "GFY"). Then use regular legislation to prevent any further gerrymandering and packing It's how states (even Red states) have put abortion rights on the ballot and enshrined them in their constitutions so lawmakers can't restrict them anymore with a simple majority.

How many times have republicans and their propagandists been called out for regurgitating propaganda they found in authoritarian countries. And they are getting it wrong from both sides, propping up authoritarian governments talking points and at the same time falling for the propaganda that was put out to damage them.
