2024-01-24 22:27:44 +0000 UTCIt’s the wrong move to shame people who say they’ll withhold their vote because Biden’s providing Israel with the tools to commit genocide. This is the time to be yelling at him for that and throwing political weight around. Since the Democratic Party has decided to undemocratically eliminate a primary, which is how this should be addressed, the people need to go this route to push Biden in the popular direction. Even with what Biden’s doing, the Israeli Likud Party members running the government have basically been shitting on Biden worse, and AIPAC (again, filled with Likud members) have been funding campaigns against him. It’s the smarter move to be against them in every way possible, especially when the rest of the world is leaning towards Gaza on the matter. Biden’s in a lose-lose situation that he brought himeslf in and has decided not to fight out of it to find a better solution.
