I love the wiggling tail she sometimes has when she's enthusiastic. Also when she raged at Bernie the Flight Supremacist. Unrelated, what I love about Norm is that he makes it clear with his facial expression that he cannot believe the morons he is dealing with: "She's, like, 16 years old." No lecture, no need to explain, just those narrowed brows and that hard pass.
