I have to disagree with the idea that "at least Thomas is at least starting to recuse himself" so it is in some way a little better. The analogy I draw is you catch someone shitting in the water tank so you call him out on it and he agrees not to shit the water tank anymore. Not doing it anymore doesn't clean their shit out of the water tank . He needs to be purged like you would the water and you need to sanitize the tank and ensure that no one else shits in the water tank ever again. I guarantee that if a liberal judge was caught doing even 1% of what he has been caught to have been doing, congress would be holding hearings and proposing legislation that would mandate oversight. The problem is that liberals and democrats continually fail to take the initiative in taking action... They don't want to make waves.
