I was kinda Janitor Guy at one point in my life. Then I got married and turned into Norm. (Neither was all that bad.) :: )

Not sure if it applies, but I always appreciate anecdotes where someone who was an a**hole in their past acknowledges it and becomes a better person. (Like Gideon Fox apologizing to Judy midway thru "Zooptia.")
