My Cage "Classic" 07/17/2007

One idea I had for the strp early on was for the strip to be about a put upon elf who had to keep an irresponsible Santa in check. Maybe I should've done that instead. Maybe I will. Who knows? :)

There's a Disney short where Pluto runs away and ends up at Santa's workshop that includes a lot of these in the one cartoon that I'm fascinated by. -Ed

NICE! :D

My Cage

LOL. No. Different version. :D

This "irresponsible Santa" wouldn't happen to be battling vampires would he?

One of your best yet! Reminds me of this classic panel from MAD back in its comic book days: https://tinyurl.com/y539vdgn (Did you otice the wolf(fox?)'s pet all the way on the right?)

A letter in the original “Howard the Duck” pointed out that the Chain of Being of Mickey and Donald’s universe is exceptionally long. True humans (Madame Triple-X), dogfaces and pigfaces (Chief O’Hara, most politicians and bankers), fully civilized anthropomorphs (Mickey, Donald, and Goofy), semi-civilized anthropomorphs (the Big Bad Wolf), uncivilized talking animals (Chip ’n’ Dale), semi-intelligent animals (Pluto), and thorough animals (on Grandma Duck’s Farm).

Yer pal Mikey

So the Mickey counterpart has Walt's mustache. Imagine humans using "non-theomorphic" the same way.
