It seemed like Kristian was shutting them down because he got annoyed with the banter more than anything else, which doesn't make all that much sense (he's the promoter, he should LOVE the heels being heels...). They said that in the movie itself, it's just being referenced as "Empire" AND Ben shouting the full title clearly happened on the "ONE" count. I would have been upset if that challenge had NOT stood.
