I wonder if King Features would've allowed this gag.
It's about as strange as a restaurant selling dinosaur meat and hinting as much when most people still think dinosaurs extinct. Then again, considering Denny's old Flintstone them, maybe they figure it's all in fun.
That purple bear doesn't look like he's enjoying the meal.

Wasn't My Cage set in a world after humans left the earth and animals took over? Do you also remember 2 MGM cartoon shorts that were Christmas themed called "Peace on Earth" and "Good Will To Men" that were set after humans left the earth and animals took over?
