Theoretically they could guess what your password is, though obviously that would take a lot of trial and error.

2018-08-06 17:22:35 +0000 UTCRe: QAnon and anonymity on 4Chan. Whenever you make a post on 4Chan, you can include what's called a tripcode in your post. Say I put in the tripcode "goblob" for instance; this then generates a specific code which gets appended to your post. The only way to get that code is to enter "gobblob." It's basically a password. Anyone who has that specific tripcode can thus be verified as - at the very least - someone who knows that password ahead of time. That's what the QAnon troll is doing to establish his identity in these posts.
