2016-04-09 20:23:28 +0000 UTCDropbox is great. That's what Noah from SA uses. I am a Pocketcast user. I put an app called Dropsync on my phone. Then, when a new version of GAM or SA comes out, I just click it and copy it from their Dropbox to mine. Dropsync then syncs it down automatically to my Pocketcast folder on my phone. Easy peasy!
