Epilogue Story

When Mako arrived, the beach was buzzing with life. Laughter mixed with the sounds of crashing waves, and skaters were showing off their tricks nearby. Mako spotted a group of guys tossing a frisbee and instantly made her way over, her heart racing with excitement. She loved the thrill of engaging with new people, especially boys who admired her vibrant spirit.

"Hey, mind if I join?" she called out, flashing her most inviting smile. The guys looked her way, some exchanging glances, appreciative of her confidence. They welcomed her with open arms, inviting her into their game.

As the sun climbed higher, Mako decided to ramp up the attention-seeking tactics. She playfully splashed water at the boys, mimicking the waves crashing onto the shore. Things started to shift when one of the boys suggested they take a break from the game. “How about we try volleyball instead? It’s more fun with teams.”
