Hope you're having an absolutely stunning start of this new year! Be honest with me though, have you already given up on your New Year's resolutions? I certainly have tbh haha π
And if you're just like me when it comes to staying focused in order to make positive changes in your life, I've got amazing news for you today... I filmed a very special, reassuring video for you! π§β¨
My goal was to create something that will uplift your spirits, something you could come back to whenever you need extra support and encouragement. I guess, it can be considered a guided meditation of some sort, so this might work best if you actually try and repeat the things I say with me, be that aloud or in your mind π

2024-01-13 01:31:40 +0000 UTCI shoooould but it's Friday night, well I guess its the following morning but you know what I mean haha I've got this new health device and it says I should sleep 9-12 hours a night and I've averaged around 5hours this week... so I'm going to try and sleep as much as possible tomorrow regardless.
