And if you're just like me when it comes to staying focused in order to make positive changes in your life, I've got amazing news for you today... I filmed a very special, reassuring video for you! ๐งโจ
My goal was to create something that will uplift your spirits, something you could come back to whenever you need extra support and encouragement. Kinda? Iโve listened to guided meditations and such, but mostly just because I listen to a lot of ASMR. I canโt say Iโve ever felt anything in particular from it? And Iโm not really sure what Iโm supposed to experience anyway. I have also listened to a fair amount of hypnosis, and that actually seems to have a pretty calming effect at times, depending on the kind/quality of it.
