Common Life Update 4

For this update I'm gonna talk about how sex will progress in Common Life. In terms of acts the progression won't be quite as laborious or drawn out as Cohabitation. In general it'll be: kissing > handjob > blowjob > sex. Some characters will have extra steps, like titjob or simulated/thigh sex or even anal. How fast you go from one act to the next will depend entirely on the character.

Most sex scenes will take place in the MC's bedroom after a date or tutoring or, once a relationship is developed enough, he (or rather the player, I guess) decide they want to do it. There'll also be night time visits (for some characters those can be more frequent than others due to various circumstances, i.e. the twins live in the same apartment complex as the MC so it's easy for them to visit his room at night, whereas for the teacher she can't really do that), before school you can meet up with a character before your first class starts to fool around, and during lunch you can take a character into the bathroom. There will also be various scenes unique to the characters.

In terms of length they likely won't be as long or wordy as what I'm doing with Cohabitation. Like I've discussed before: there's only so many ways I can describe breasts being groped before I run out and before I want to slit my wrists. I hope the eventual quantity as well as the variety of characters and locations should make up for it.

Finally, the character introduced this month is:

Melissa

She's a student that's in the MC's class. Melissa's a nerdy bookworm who is also quite weird and very into strange stuff like the occult, unsolved mysteries, and conspiracy theories -- although she's more just interested in the stories rather than a true believer in any of the stuff. As the top student in her grade she'll also be able to tutor the MC. In terms of personality she can be fairly bitchy and stuck-up, and her relationship with the MC will be pretty tsundere-y. Melissa will quickly become friends with the MC's sister and eventually develop an almost stalker-like crush on him.

For her appearance I was going for unkempt and trying to make her someone who both doesn't have the greatest fashion sense and doesn't really care about her clothes or what most people think of how she looks. I was trying for an awkward nerd look for her physical appearance but her face actually turned out really attractive looking; I like it a lot so I probably won't change it much if at all. 

As for what might change from this until the final version: maybe the shirt since the collar is very uncooperative, clipping into the shirt -- at the very least I'll likely change the texture and color of it if I ever get around to buying the texture packs for that clothing (think of a game with the worst DLC and microtransactions imaginable and you'll have an idea of how most people handle Daz3D products, selling everything separately and for retardly high prices). I'll probably also change her skin texture since the one I'm currently using looks too flat and smooth.

Alright, so what's going on with Cohabitation? I said I'd have an update out in a few days more than a week ago and that turned out to be untrue. Sorry for that. I overestimated how well I was feeling at the time (or underestimated how sick I was). The days immediately following my last post I was only awake long enough to eat a small meal, take another dose of medicine, and then watch an hour or so of TV as the stuff kicked in and I fell back to sleep. However, I'm over it all now and feeling a lot better, and the last couple of days have been spent getting caught on work that piled up as I took sick days.

With it already nearing the end of the month I've decided to include the mall bathroom stuff with this month's update, which will also include the thigh / simulated sex progression event and one or two other scenes. So, November's update should be meaty.

Then, with all the other progression events out of the way, December will finally bring actual sex with Megan and Calvin. That should make for a nice Christmas update.
