2020-06-29 00:10:35 +0000 UTCI think it's more important for longevity than anything else. I have an Origen g2 that's on its last leg and I've only had it for like 6 months. All because the micro-b connector on the back is cheap AF and will lose connection by so much as wiggling the connector or the unit. Haven't had that problem with any usb-c connector, cheap or otherwise.
