This is my latest quarantine purchase. I need to input DSD 512 into my new (used) Emotiva XMC-1 via balanced. I love climbing the HiFi mountain and things like this make high end audio affordable.

2020-06-28 08:38:38 +0000 UTCSo clean and powerful - glad you got a chance to review it. Just replaced a Magni3 and Arcam irDAC and I couldn't be happier. Immediately cleaner and without the same level of noise in the line. Also, unexpectedly, made my Emu Teak sound slightly more open and with some treble boost - though I think it's the high gain function altering the FR. I'll try it on low gain as well. ZMF Auteur didn't have any change in sound that I noticed aside from the near-silence in the channel when there's no input. Provides a bit more volume as a DAC than my previous one as well, so I'm using less of the pot getting volume up for my Stax setup through an Emotiva a100 to a ifi pro iesl. I have the DX7S at home, this one at work. Topping is doing a bang-up job these days.
