I think that I'll wait for the Monoprice THX AMP/DAC review before I pick up a 789. It's more expensive, and appears to be less powerful, but It's got a built-in balanced DAC. In addition, I have a BasX-A100, so really don't need any more power. However, I will likely end up with the either the 789 and the SU-8, or the Monoprice THX AMP/DAC. At this point in time, I feel like the 789 and the SU-8 are probably the better option, but I'll wait and see.

just buy it if you are thinking of upgrading your dac. Im not into balanced. I have whats enough.

Just an FYI. Anytime a drop says "In Stock" it is not 24 hours. It just closes every 24 hours and reopens instantly. That drop will only end once they sell out.

My DAC is just a Micca Origen G2. Will it be okay to pair it with this or would I need another amp to do the THX AAA justice? I use a Monoprice M1060 and a Senn 58x Jubilee. Thanks!
