PM sent. Thanks for going above and beyond. For anyone coming across this, any company can let a defect slip out the door. But, you should at least get a support ticket number and a contact in a reasonable timeframe. The AF180s sound divine... with the Comply tips. With silicone tips, "S" sounds will stab you in the ear balls until you die. They're definitely tuned for foam tips, and they deliver $500 sound with Comply installed.

PM me an email they can contact you with and/or whatever you used to contact them or a support #. I will forward them a message directly through my contact over there. Sort that shit out

FYI, my AF180's arrived with a bad short in the right earpiece. After filling out the form online, I received a confirmation email promising a response within 2 business days. That was 4 business days ago. I called the US support line that was invited in the confirmation email. There number isn't set up to receive calls according to a pre-recorded message. Beware shit support from Audiofly.

I bought them on Amazon in blue housing and the old style IEM case with the the strap but for $430 they are punching a twice their price point in sound and quality. They do love more power ,so an amp is necessary to get the best sound. The soundstage and depth are off the charts . I can't buying any more IEM'S since you have spend over 1K to beat these. Zeos the comfort is amazing.

Nobles are known for taking an ungodly amount or strength to pull the cable off. All the ones I know of have detachable cables

I just looked them up and they are now $8.99. I still think they are worth that price though, they're amazing! I haven't tried the velvet ones yet so I'm not sure how those ones are.

I just bought the last pair in blue on Amazon for $429 no shipping or tax. $499 direct from AudioFly . This $5 /month cost me a lot more then my Patreon subscription Z . I hope these blow me away compared to my Periodic Audio BE for $299. Thanks Steve Burison for showing me the deal :)

I own Stax L700. I'm not an IEM guy. I HAVE some IEMs, and they just all sit around unused. If I had a need, however, you would have talked me into the Audioflys.

Zeos, you have got to get a pair of these pads. They are the lyxpro has-30 ear pads. They're only $5.99 on Amazon and you will be amazed by how good they are!!!

My god! I'm not crazy or deaf...I hate how my SE535LTD sounds, one year trying to convince my self they are good, but loving the Monoprice triple XXX instead ($30). Glad you hear exactly the same!
