Get some ANKER Sata to USB3.0 Adapter [http://amzn.to/2cCB6o6 (Get one of these for every hard drive you want to put in)

Get two big 10A power supplys [http://amzn.to/2cEyD9o (You need to make a distribution system for all the ankers adapters/hub)

Get a good USB3 hub [http://amzn.to/2d3Ffzz

Some Decent Hard Drives [http://amzn.to/2cP8hqq

Wire it all together in a big box and be done with it. No controllers, no installing an Esata card.. Everything individual and fast enough.
