The ADT "magic Bible" and dragon lore (no spoilers)

This is the "Bible" for how magic works in the world of the Ten Kingdoms. I actually wrote a good chunk of it before I started writing the story because I wanted a hard magic system with defined rules about what it could and couldn't do. I personally think it's much more interesting when magic has defined rules and definite limits.
This also contains the "Bible" for dragons, their life-cycle, and how they interact with magic.
Much of the lore (both magic and dragon) here has already been mentioned in ADT at one point or another, but there's a few points I haven't touched on yet. (Like magic and its limitations in a medieval battlefield setting)
