I would prefer sets 150+ cause of immersion. Frequency is however much you can push, 1-2-3-4 days ok. Longer sets are nicer viewing and has more depth. Feel free to make smaller things to refresh urself or for diversion. Whats most important is that you like making the sets, and you feel like they are worth making well. My fav so far is the library one. Believe it was the first 200 image set
