Western AU Character Design: Stella

Ok, history time: the maremmano is buttero's horse (along with the tolfetano) and one of my favorite breed. Do you know what' cool? It's avery ancient breed and its origins go back to the Etruscan age, it's a mix of arabian, berber and nordic horses. It's a little italian pride, a very hard worker BUT it demands an expret rider, a firm hand and respect.
I could have given Caesar so many fancy or cool horses but he must ride a strong and stubborn horse, just like him.
There's a song about maremmano horse, it says:
"Little oat a lot of road,
Untamed and feral shadow
