Today we’re working with the letter V.
Vaseline? Surely not. Venereal disease? Vestibule? Vacation?
I am so excited about a little holiday in Hawaii at the end of the year after we’re in the USA!
Also thinking of a vacation reminds me of my favourite Simple Plan song (yes I have a favourite Simple Plan song) from my favourite Mary-Kate and Ashley movie (YES I have a FAVOURITE MK&A movie!!!) New York Minute.
I was so obsessed with that movie when I was younger that I made Mum get it out from the video shop and then the video shop moved locations and they never called us to return it because I guess they just assumed it got lost in the move. Anyway I ended up with this free DVD of New York Minute for like 9 months that I watched every week - before Mum saw it in the lounge room and was like ‘I didn’t buy this, it must need to go back to the video shop!’ and she returned it and I was so gutted.
I remember wishing I played the drums instead of the flute and realising from a young age I was more of a Jane than a Roxy and I’ve regretted it my whole life. I will always wish I’m more of a Roxy than a Jane, more of an Ilana than an Abbi… More of a risk taker than a note taker? Am I a boring old bat?
Oh God this is getting existential. I should go lol
