From the Desk of Dr Toni Lodge #050

Welcome to blog 50, and episode #20 of A,Blog,C’s! The blog where I write about the first word that comes into my brain based on this weeks’ letter!

Today we’re working with the letter T.

First of all it would be REMISS of me to not include Toni’s Spotify Blend - because I think it’s SO cool! A bit of background on the original playlist it’s based off though… As someone who has become a playlist guy over the last 18 months - I figured I’d find this SO easy. But it was actually really hard. I had to encapsulate my ENTIRE music taste into like 97 songs. They told me it should be around 50 but I just couldn’t scooch it down that much.

Normally at the beginning of each month or every coupla months I’ll make a ‘this month’s vibez’ playlist - which I’ve shared in here a few times (and you can find if you search tonilodge on Spotify) (this is not an ad but I just genuinely use spotify a lot) and people have enjoyed.

But I can normally deep dive into one VERY SPECIFIC genre or feel and have a good play.

THIS ONE THOUGH was a playlist that was just TONI. I CAN’T DO TONI IN 50 SONGS.

So there is a really VARIED vibe of things on the original playlist (which I’ll share here… just for you!) but I had to stuff as much as possible into one thing. Like a Dolmade. (Sorry I just watched My Big Fat Greek Wedding on the weekend lol)

The other thing I’m VERY self conscious over in this whole thing… which is an even BETTER T blog - is TAYLOR SWIFT. A bit of background here - these things take a LONG TIME to organise. Ryan and I made these playlists in JUNE. JUNE!

I WASN’T A SWIFTIE IN JUNE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TAYLOR SWIFT ON HERE. THERE IS ONLY ONE TAYLOR SWIFT SONG ON THERE. ONE!!!! ONE?!?!?!? ONE!

So please allow me to list 10 Taylor Swift songs I would have added if I could go back in time and tell myself how much I now love TS the way I do now.
