It operates mainly on an invisible D/pre-virtual VR style "game" where Tifa will handle her business herself or with toys to your commands, or she'll handle "you". The "game" ends when she gets that nut, and you can return to the start for another round. It's fully voiced in English and Japanese, and it had expansions to add more things. Like Tifa now in a shower, etc
