Really great album to come back to every once in a while, he's almost so dedicated to his genre that it's like a concept album. And Santeria is great.

If you listen to the snare/hi hat rhythm during his verse, it carries over perfectly into the sample that's used in the chorus. At the end of the chorus, everything drops out of the mix except for that same snare/hi hat pattern. Another masterclass in production from Kanye. Also this track could peak subs easily, insane to hear in the car if you get the chance. Top 2 on the album with The Games We Play for me.

But only listen to this if you're willing to like look it up, because there are so many shots and subluminal in these beef tracks. Like one of more comprehensive videos on this is like 40 minutes long lol, there is just that much in this beef between Push and Drake

He's a drugs/cocaine rapper; the album cover is literally a picture of Whitney Houston's bathroom when she was on hella drugs smh. And yes, "Infrared" is about Drake. "It was written like Nas but it came from Quentin". Nas' second album is called It Was Written and he's a pretty good writer but Quentin Miller ghostwrote for Drake. They had thrown shots at each other over the years but nothing too direct. Funny thing is the beef started years ago and didn't even involve Drake. It was Birdman/Lil Wayne vs Pharrell/Clipse. Drake got involved by association years later😂 Drake responded with "Duppy Freestyle" then Pusha responded with "The Story of Adidon". You should check those out.
