July!

It keeps jumping between deadly hot and rainy around here lately, I prefer the rain much more than the heat.

I'm sorry to the new people around here, this place is very bare now. My account was flagged for forbidden content and I had to play a game of back-and-forth to get it back up. Unfortunately, anything that even vaguely mentioned certain content had to be deleted, so plot ideas, requests, previews, and even the monthly updates all had to be cleared out. After about the sixth time I asked if it was ok and they said no, I just went through and deleted anything that could possibly offend. I did really consider leaving this site for another, but my life has been too busy this month for something like that, I feel like I would lose a lot of people if I moved over to somewhere more adult themed as well. I did have to remove the older archived fics of SPN and J2 but I'll figure something out with them. Beyond that, everything here eventually gets posted to Ao3 so things from years ago are available there. I checked and nothing major is missing!

So! Going forth from now on things will be tagged differently and my language about certain topics will be careful. I apologize if anything is confusing, I don't really know what else to do right now.

For June, I had posted a Gramander fic but it was taken down. I posted it on AO3 for everyone to have access since it felt like a mean tease to have it up for twelve hours, have everyone get the email, and then yank it away.

Currently, I am working on a few different works! I have an original fantasy work about a man and his omega male mother, facing the world together! It focuses on the boy's life growing up and becoming an adult as well as watching his mother struggle in a loveless marriage to a man who is in love with another.

Secondly, for original work, I have a fantasy story about a witch, I'm thinking of calling them Magus instead of witch, deciding to venture off his mountain and see the world. He meets and travels with two generals who are lovers and bring him in as a third partner. In this, I wanted to create a poly relationship where it wasn't two men in love with a third but all three in love with one another equally. I also fell into plant lore and made the witch a low-key herbalist with some magic thrown in there for good measure. I like this idea enough that I considered trying to make it into a proper book but given that it's a threesome and will have eventually mpreg I think I'll wait for another idea to come along that mainstream would accept more readily.

Lastly, I have the beginnings for a smutty series I'd like to do about a young man who lives in a modern world where magical creatures co-exist. Raised by a callous and racist human father, he's sent to spy at a magical university and ends up under the care of a professor who helps him learn more about the various races and their culture. The way this works, I'd like to start off with one work setting up the world and the character and then add a chapter where he meets and learns about a new race, elves, orcs, minotaurs, kelpies, basilisks, dragons, etc.

Wandering back into Gramander, I'd like to put a second chapter on "The Dangers of Coveting". I think it will be a lot less porny and more focused on Newt building relationships with Percvial's children and still working his job as a dragon researcher/collector.

I also want to do a fic about Newt being an omega raised by an old mafia boss who raised him as the child he never had. Newt witnesses his murder and can put a massive part of the crime ring in New York away. To keep him safe, Percival is assigned to guard him, moving somewhere quiet and pretending to be a married couple. As time goes by, Percival struggles to recall his proper place and keep his hands off the naive and painfully innocent Newt, who was raised to be the traditional proper omega wife and has been sheltered from the world all his life.

Lastly, I would like to put a demon fic for Halloween, which means starting right away because that's how slow my ass is. I was thinking of Newt growing up and being stalked by a benevolent but terrifying presence in the shadows. always there, helping him and comforting him when he feels lonely, but also deadly possessive with people interested in Newt turning up dead under mysterious circumstances. It would be a darker fic for certain, but it's an Idea I've had for a while.

So that's what's on my plate right now! I'm hoping to have the original work about the alpha and his omega mother finished and posted for July. I'm also going through my writing and finding wip that I might finish up! I have a vague idea that if I can put my files in order, I can make a drive and give the highest-paying tier access to it so they can poke around as I write! Either way, I'm trying to figure out the best way to give them access to my wip, even if it's just posting the link here for viewing.
