Mutual Benefits Chapter 19 has now been posted! I take a few emotional and narrative risks in this chapter, but the story feels true to me. I hope it'll feel true to you too.

Since we're only halfway through the month and there's only one chapter left, I'm not going to have a poll tomorrow, and instead, I'm going to invest a lot of energy into finishing the story as soon as I reasonably can. I don't think this would happen, but if I ran a poll and Mutual Benefits lost for months, it would just be an unfinished story lingering in my brain for too long, and the story would suffer. So instead, I'll be finishing it, hopefully before the end of this month.

Note that if I do manage to finish it before the end of the month, there will of course be no extra charges to patrons. You all are the kindest community I've seen and I just want to help you all feel joy with my stories. As well, if my patronage keeps growing like this, I'll eventually get to a point where I can just take a part-time job and commit to two chapters every month normally. Fingers crossed.
