I'm leaning away from Rhonda's mom. If you adjust the image's contrast and highlights, she comes a little clearer into focus. She appears to have straight hair, brown or red in color, with skin much lighter than her hair color. She's also wearing stockings and garter-belt, so assuming the transparent sleeves are for a negligee. Honestly, I think it would be an interesting twist that it was Judith's mom. Frumpy girl from smoking hot mom? Sounds like appropriate subject matter for this brand of game. Plus would explain the reddish hair and massive breasts.
