She collapsed after firing just two shots, but even in such a weakened condition, she still walked alone into a city where villains could be hiding anywhere. That alone is remarkable. If anyone had been targeting her body, they definitely wouldn’t have missed their chance— that’s how striking she is, and how well-known she was back when she belonged to the Public Safety Commission. It’s strange that the anime didn’t depict it that way…
