Fan art - Princess Zelda
Added 2020-01-14 14:23:43 +0000 UTCI had a conversation with someone about Breath of the Wild a few weeks ago, and now I can't stop thinking about it. No matter how much I've already played it though, how many other games I have in my backlog, or how much non-gaming stuff I need to do right now, it's been invading my thoughts so much that I either want to dive into the game again, or I need that sequel to come out. XD
At the very least, I wanted to draw Zelda herself. ^_^
This was really fun to draw, because as much as I think she's my favorite iteration of the character, I've just never drawn her before (drew a lady Link once, but not Zelda). Got really experimental with light and shadows for once too. It's probably not great, but I'm pretty proud of it. First non-Rain thing I've drawn all year, and I think this is a promising starting point.
Not too much else to say unless I start unloading about what I want to see in that sequel. I don't know if anyone wants to hear that rambling, though. Either way, you can probably guess what one of my hopes is from this pic. ;)

I absolutely love this art! And I can't speak for others, but I personally would love to hear your ramblings about the sequel. I've played BotW for over 200 hours, and yet I've probably spent more time rambling about it than I've spent playing. :)
