Raina Silverclaw, a woman with a life marred by hardship, sadness and betrayal. It began with her selling herself into the service of a cruel master to repay the debt of a loved one. This supposed love* left her to her fate, bringing years of mistreatment.

This would change when she came across a crimson shooting star, crashing not that far from town. With her curious nature, she investigating, wandering across a red dragon, Braydess. He was wounded and in need of healing, so she stole an elixir from her master to tend to the beast's wounds. Unfortunately for her, she was discovered.

Bound, and sentenced to death, it looked as though this would be her reward for kindness, but the gods were not through with her yet. Braydess, despite his prideful nature deemed her actions commendable, repaying her kindness with his own. With his flames he freed her, slew her master and rescued her from reprisal. From that day onward she worked for him as an agent.

Now she wields magic of an arcane nature, having undergone experiments to increase her abilities.

Those that know her now can describe her immense loyalty, her determined nature, and ability to keep a realistic head. They would also detail how her curiosity and empathy are typically at odds with the suspicion that life has taught her to have.
For flaws, she has been known to be overblown with her anger, and be gluttonous in savoring the fruits of her labor. She has also been known to be clumsy, but she seeks to hide this.

Raina, when she speaks is direct in nature with no flowering words or over stating situations. Her descriptions are simple and informal. She gets animated or happy when she discusses her love for singing and dancing.

Her hobbies and interest revolve around practicing combat with her spells, moon gazing, meditation and of course various songs and dances she can learn. She has been known to get all animated and sweet over cute animals.

She will be an upcoming character in a future story of mine. :D
