Added 2023-04-21 19:44:04 +0000 UTCI got an alert in my email that some website is now hosting a fair chunk of Phase 1 of my game files where anyone can download it for free. The weird thing is that site is also hosting the free stuff too. I'm looking into filing a DMCA to get the files removed. If the problem persists I may need to hire a lawyer.
To whomever is stealing my files you should know the entirety of Phase 1 of my game is not uploaded. I had never intended to post it all online just in case something like this happened. I've now deleted all but the first two Game Modules. Going forward to get the rest of the game will mean getting a physical printed copy mailed to USA addresses.
After reviewing the capabilities of the scraper bot from the piracy website it was clear to me that nothing uploaded to Patreon or sites like it would be safe. For that reason I have deleted the Tier that would have given access to 51,000 fractal images and about 7,000 fractal video files in their native resolutions. More updates pending as I decide how to adapt to this situation.
