Sorry guys... but I'll need a few extra days to deliver the new release

The idea was to finish it this week, but when I was in the final testing phase I realized that I had overlooked several possible combinations.

That's why some percentages don't seem to have advanced. They were at 100% but I went back to 80% because I realized there were scenes missing

As you know, I try to make the game as flexible as possible, without being a linear story... but that comes with the inconvenience that I have no way of knowing which choice each player made beforehand so I need to consider all the scenarios.

Things like the player is talking about a situation and there's an explanation to be given... but depending on the choice, that explanation has already happened before with another character so it doesn't make sense to explain it again with this one.

So I always have to check to see if the conversation has already taken place or not... and make scenes taking into account whether it has or not.

And this new release has a lot of that!

There will be lots and lots of menus to choose from. And I realized that some routes had no scenes planned. Normally these are very rare situations, choices that it would be difficult for someone to make... but I've learned that... yes... there will always be a player who will make such a combination of choices, however unlikely it may be. 😅

So I thought I'd take a few extra days and do every possible scene without leaving any paths open.

But it's almost finished... soon
