Release 8.0 | Development Update

This update is a little different from the others.

I'm basically creating each scene with all the steps being done at the same time. The text, the programming, the dialog is being adjusted and the images are already being edited.

I decided to do it this way because with each new scene I have to go back and see how it fits in with Cody and Josh's stories, which run in parallel.

I know it's hard for many people to understand when I talk about making stories compatible... since in theory they are separate. But I'll give you an example:

In Matthew's story, he will at some point interact with Cody and the painting club. But in the dialog I need to imagine all the scenarios that the player may have chosen so far.

For example, if you've been following the game for a long time, you've probably already seen the scenes of Josh taking part in the club, so the dialog with Matthew would be thought of as him being the second โ€œmodelโ€ in the class.

In linear stories, this would be easy to do. It would be the only option.

But... for those who are just starting the game... this may not be true.

Matthew could be the first, since the painting club with Josh is optional. And that changes everything.

Because at the same time as I have to make a new scene in which Matthew is the first, I have to go back in Josh's story and make a scene in which he then becomes the second.

And I also have to redo all the dialog with Cody... since now Josh is no longer the first and so when the player goes to talk to him the dialog has to check whether or not the painting club has had a model before.

And to make matters worse, I still have to take into account whether the path chosen by the player is that of the relationship or that of the slave. That also changes the dialog. Requiring me to do the same conversation scene with Cody but with different texts to reflect the characters' current status.

That's why it's taking me a bit longer, because I need to keep doing Matthew's new scenes and checking how they impact on the existing stories... to see if I need to make any adjustments to them.

But the advantage of developing this way is that by the time I've finished Matthew's scenes, the story will already be ready, without any additional editing steps.

As for the release date, if all goes well, we'll have good news about it next week.

If I could make a suggestion for some of the sex scenes, I recommend downloading Khlas animation pack and their KMI pack. It has a lot of more fluid animations that look really good and that I personally use! Also, I recommend downloading the cumshine mod solely for its cum overlays that you can change in the wicked whims sex settings.

You're doing great man, keep up the good work! I have a question, what things do you have in mind that we can buy with all the money we have in game? Like, aan we purchase, eventually, clothes/accesores for our men? Booze? candies or substances (from a dealer), maybe gifts that they might like? A new phone, a car, a watch, a teddy bear etc. Also it would be nice if we could go out on a date with our lovers to a restaurant for instance, and maybe we can end up getting some action in the bathroom or an alley.

Thank you for the update. Cannot wait to see Matthew's story. Would you ever consider doing flashback scenes to see how Hunter connected with his accomplices the Guy, Cody, and the two girls? Like maybe on a route where they are utilized we could get the Hunter thinking of how he met them.

I agree with you it would make it easier and I do prefer your suggestion. My guess is, though, that not every character may be everyone's cup of tea, so the dev may not be trying to force them to go after characters they don't like to unlock ones they do. However, that's just my thoughts.

Will there be a continuation or more to the 'completed' stories like Connor, Luke and Josh? Or it's completed completed?

Thank you for your hard work, can't wait for Matthew~~!๐Ÿฅฐ Just a couple of thoughts - but i think you might be making your life more difficult with trying to keep every story parallel with each other, while trying to juggle interconnections, instead of a more linear approach at least when it comes to characters that appear in the same locations (college, downtown, gym etc). Maybe being more "liberal" with locking certain scene sequences or even whole character events to after certain events have been achieved may make scripting/story writing more effortless, like e.g locking Matthew's entire story to only after a user has successfully finished Josh's story or more specifically locking Matthew's painting club event to only activate if a user has already completed the one for Josh. It'd also encourage users to replay the game while waiting for a future update, trying to discover scenes or scenarios they may have missed in their first run. ๐Ÿค”
