Only one payment is required, should you cancel, your submission may or may not continue to reappear, though active members are more likely to be in the spotlight.
I'll refund the required fee if you/your OC is not included for any reason (one payment), or if you're unhappy with the design but you must say so prior to the episode being released (I'll send you a preview before the episode).
