Demotion imminent...

“Nooooo! Not now!” She thought as she felt her diapers getting warm without warning. She pressed her hand against it, but the damage was done, and the flow would not be stopped.
Just when she had been allowed to wear some big girl tops again, too! She was so close to being allowed skirts again! And after she had managed that for a while, thinner diapers! Eventually leading to the big finale: big girl panties! Now she'd be demoted to rompers and bibs again!
Well.... The best she could hope for was that her accident wouldn't be discovered for some time... At least she could enjoy her big girl tops for a while longer, until.....
“HOW IS MY LITTLE GIRL, MHM? STILL DRY? LET'S CHECK, SHALL WE?”
