Annual Membership FAQ + Instructions! ✨❄️

Hi Stays!! An update for anyone who missed my announcement yesterday about Annual Memberships now on sale for my Patreon members!

I'm making this post thanks to my very first annual member, who also sent me some helpful tips for upgrading on your guy's end (since I can't simulate it myself and the Patreon article I sent before was not as helpful as I'd hoped 😅):

On Desktop

1.  From main screen, click on "Settings" in left toolbar

2.  Select "Memberships" from top menu

3.  Click "View Details" - you are on a page that shows your membership

4.  Under "Billing frequency," there is an option to "Switch to annual"

5.  Then it takes you to the payment page, where you can see the prorated charge being made today, as well as the full charge which will be billed the following year

On Android (Mobile App)

1.  Navigate to host's main page

2.  Click the hamburger menu thingy in the top right corner

3.  Choose "Your membership"

4.  Click "Edit membership"

5.  Select "Edit payment method"

6.  From there, you can choose the annual option and proceed to the payment page

✨ Additional FAQs:

• To my knowledge you cannot downgrade Tiers after you switch the annual and get a refund, however you can still upgrade later if you like to a higher annual tier!

• For Annual Members I am offering reaction-level tiers the option to use all of their reaction time split however they want! If you want me to react to a series just for you or do a short video one month and two longer videos later and three more shorter videos, it's whatever you want! LoveStays get 180 minutes total for the year and SuperStays get 420 minutes for the year :)
