2020-02-20 16:17:57 +0000 UTCThere is surprisingly few aristocratic heraldry with snakes. However I found one that does. This is the coat of arms of Lucas Cranach: http://www.hfrudolph.bplaced.net/Wappenrolle/Wappen/Cranach.jpg I vote for 'Cranach' as the family's name.
