Be careful while using the 3D VR set, and, In case you don't have the VR glasses, you can always use your phone (If it has a Gyroscope, which many phones nowadays have).
First of all, you need to download the VRTV Free App, then, while loading the video on the app, you'll see a couple of options (like in the example screenshots) the first screenshot is for VR glasses users and the second one is for watching it without the set on your phone. I do suggest to using them.
Anyways I hope you enjoy it cuz it's my first try at this!
