On the next MI... AB's Sovereignty Act!

November’s almost over and we’re once again playing catch up on on month’s episodes but I promise we’ll be better come December. For now, I just wanna give you a quick sneak preview of what’s coming as Ken, Brock and I busily prep for our imminent deep dive into... Alberta’s proposed “Sovereignty Act!” (Yeah, you read right.)

Meanwhile, our newish Discord has been active so far, with lots of back and forth about our episodes about Mary-Ellen Turpel-Lafond and the implications of the seemingly imminent demise of Twitter. To join in, just bump up your pledge to the $5 Booster level and you'll be off to the races.

And in other news, I wanted to let patrons in the greater Toronto and Ottawa areas know that I am working hard on arranging in-person screenings for December of the Idle No More documentary I made with Tim Fontaine. Next month marks a decade since the movement’s emergence and our major doc is like a time travelogue of those heady times back in late 2012/early 2013. I’d love to see you there once these events are confirmed. You’ll be among the first to know when they do!
