The Deranged - Prequel
Added 2019-12-06 19:44:58 +0000 UTCThe prequel for The Deranged is coming together quite well. I am VERY MUCH enjoying writing this and feel so darn good about this addition to the story.
AJ has been reading along and he seems to be loving it, so I'm hopeful you will like it, too!
Hoping to have it completely drafted in the next week, and then do some minor polishing to it. It's not a large piece, so I won't be hiring out an editor, just relying on feedback to make changes that slip past me.
The plan with this prequel is to list it on Amazon for $0.99 (Don't quote me on this yet, just my rough idea), and then offer it for FREE for signing up for my newsletter (this part is solid, I just don't know for sure if the price on Amazon will be what it is). Oh, and this will only be offered digitally, there will be no physical copy.
The goal is to establish an email mailing list, to help with the launches of books to come. People usually don't want to just hand out their emails, so I'm hoping the free incentive will get people to join, and hopefully they will enjoy the story enough to want to get the first book, or for those of you who have read the first already, give you some insight to these characters you already know, and prepare you for book two! And of course, if people don't want to give me their email addresses, but still want to read, then they can just buy it for the $0.99.
