Update - November 2nd
Added 2019-11-02 22:14:35 +0000 UTCYesterday marked November 1st, the start of a new month, and the start of NaNoWriMo season! I haven't fully committed to NaNo, but I'm going to be using it as motivation to follow along and write my little heart out to get this draft of The Deranged - Book Two complete.
If you're unfamiliar with NaNoWriMo, it's National Novel Writing Month. The goal is to write 50,000 words in one month. Comes out to about 1,667 words a day (super doable if you don't slack). But it's a great way to develop the habit of writing, and keep yourself accountable for a writing project.
Yesterday, I managed to get 1,699 words complete (just a hair over the 1,667 minimum). I'm sitting down as we speak to start on today's words. I'll keep you updated along the way.
If you've ever considered writing something, you should join in and hop on the NaNo bandwagon! Never know what could happen!
