Headquarters: Capital Wasteland (Poll)

Hello everyone! So, if your up to date on Headquarters (Spoilers if your not,) you'll know that the rules around the HQ system are about to change. I have a specific reason and direction I plan on taking this change, but I would like to hear what the readers think. So, if you have an opinion on this, or any facet of the story, leave a comment. Consider this a check in and a opportunity to point out problems you see!

Yeah he needs a means of acquiring more troops as his current situation is that he is getting more structure/ground then he can properly cover if any faction of fallout comes to scavenge. He has no ability to properly hold ground. But it all boils down he needs a bit easier ways to recruit more troops or maybe get more units like robot units, or other types of equipment to act like a force multiplier. Power armor if we're sticking to things only in Fallout or the other game world. So essentially either they need force multipliers or more numbers. I would suggest something like the barracks now producing troops every 2-3 days (forgot the ressuply day) and for each expansion the more troops recruited. For the HQ it produces basic troops Barracks can train different types of troops or enhance them by choice. (Think sharpshooters, breacher, NCO, grenadier, machine gunner, advanced rifleman aka higher quality combat troops. With somewhat better armor but mostly experience and training but not special forces level) For the medical building it produces a combat medic once every 2 resuuplys

Depends on your target, a fireteam could be useful to divide in squads and tackle bigger things. Another option is to be able to take over zoomorphs a la Alloy and be able to use them, this brings added issues as those in fallout will notice him and could bring notoriety which isn't exactly great, as for the other side they may distrust him. It could be an interesting exchange of power vs notice while keeping the power block centralized as he wont be able to give many orders except maybe protect to have some protect the main building. EDIT: It would be interesting to see this advance and grow however it depends on how you see the story moving. Multiple groups means both multiple POVs and also expansion but having the fuel to maintain the expanded territory in the Fallout universe, fuel which is not there presently. This also leads towards a more expansive/war like for Fallout. A stronger core with zoomorphs or defenses or other things will mean that they will have to secure their place in the Horizon universe too. This could lead to them manufacturing or producing things either through hunting Horizon machinery or a more industrial "storyplay" where engineering and manufacture is important.

I agree with the idea that he needs more troops. Either a way to more easily recruit, or a quest that gives him a fireteam etc for more boots on the ground. I also think the quest system is a bit clunky where he can only grab one quest at a time and makes knocking out multiple quests at once more complicated than it should be. Maybe he can have 2-4 active quest slots, and if he has to drop one/fail one then that slot is penalized for 24-48 hours?
