It's officially on March 1st, but submissions can be sent in at any point beforehand. Anything submitted afterwards probably gets saved for the year after. Not sure, I don't think that's happened yet?
Probably going to turn this character I designed as a stand-in for me into an adoptable at some point in the coming months.
